Tutu Malbec Calcareo Mix

100% Malbec from Altamira and Gualtallary. A fantastic mix of terroirs, which combines the best of two very different personalities: the delicacy of Altamira and the wild side of Gualtallary. Soils 70% stone covered with calcium carbonate, and caliche 30 to 40 cm deep. Fermented in concrete eggs with minimal intervention, indigenous yeasts, and in contact with their skins, with 10% whole bunch. Raised on the same eggs.

Limited production of 8200 bottles.

Tutu Cabernet Franc Calcareo Mix

Cabernet franc from Altamira and Gualtallary. 92% Cabernet Franc and 8% Malbec.
Soils with 70% stones covered in calcium carbonate, and caliche of 30 cm. Fermented in concrete eggs with indigenous yeasts. Raised in the same eggs.

Limited production of 3000 bottles.

Antro Chardonnay

100% Chardonnay from Tunuyán.
Fermentation with oxidative method, with indigenous yeasts and 30% skins in a concrete tank, covered with epoxy.
Conservation for four months in the same pools.

Limited production of 4,500 bottles.

Antro Pinot Noir

100% Pinot Noir from Tunuyan.
Fermentation in concrete tanks with 15% whole bunch, indigenous yeasts, without acidity correction and minimal sulfite.

Limited production of 6,000 bottles.
